How to Check Which Pages are Published and Live
It's essential to know which of your pages are live in your theme and accessible to your audience.
Here’s how you can check and manage published pages:
- Access Dashboard < Website Builder < Pages
- Under the Published column, all pages that state Yes are published and live
- Click on Settings to edit the page URL, title, description, and keyword etc.
- Click on Edit to modify the page design using the Page Builder
Changing Themes
You can only have one theme active at a time. Every time a new theme is installed, all existing pages are unpublished, and the new theme's pages are published. You can edit or delete any of these pages under ‘Pages’ in the Website Builder. If you need the old pages, you will need to publish them again. Keep in mind that changing themes will not carry over content and customizations from one theme to another.
Adding a Menu and Updating Your Site Content
Once a theme is installed, you can customize your site further by adding a menu and updating your content. This includes making changes such as updating text, changing images, and more to fit your brand's needs.
To learn more about how to customize your menu and update your site content, refer to the detailed help article: How to add a menu or design a page using the new Page Builder?
Important Considerations:
- It's not recommended to change the theme after designing your website. Installing a new theme will unpublish all current pages and remove any custom CSS and JS codes you've added.
- Only one theme can be active on your site at a time. If multiple themes are installed, only the latest installed theme will remain published, and all other theme pages will be unpublished.
- To create new pages, use landing page templates and the page builder to create new pages that may look completely different from your site. Learn more here: Design or create a page using the new Page Builder.
