Copy a chapter or a section from one course to another
You can now directly copy chapters or sections from one course to another without duplicating the entire course or re-uploading content.
Copy a Chapter to Another Course
This feature enables you to copy a specific chapter into a selected section of another course, giving you more granular control over your content.
Follow these steps to copy a chapter:
Access your Knorish account
Navigate to Dashboard > Courses & Bundles > Courses
Select the desired course > Curriculum
Locate the chapter you want to copy
Click on the Copy icon next to the chapter
In the popup, select the target course > target section
Click on Copy Chapter
The specific chapter will be copied over to the selected course.
Copy Section to Another Course
This option allows you to copy an entire section along with all its content into another course. It’s useful when you want to replicate a full module structure.
Follow these steps to copy a section:
Access your Knorish account
Navigate to Dashboard > Courses & Bundles > Courses
Select the desired course > Curriculum
Locate the section you want to copy
Click on the Copy icon
In the popup, select the target course
Click on Copy Section
The section will be copied over to the selected course as well.
Important Considerations
Live event and live session chapters are not copied and will be skipped. All other content types within a section are copied successfully
When copying a chapter, selecting a target section is mandatory
The copied content remains duplicated; the original content stays unchanged
