How to delete a user from your account one at a time or in bulk?

There are several situations where you might need to delete a user’s information or revoke their access to a course. Whether it’s due to a cancellation request, disciplinary reasons, or simply cleaning up old data, this article provides a step-by-step guide on how to proceed.

Note: Once the information is deleted, it is irreversible, and all associated data including course details, bundles, earnings, and engagement analytics will be permanently removed.
If you need to delete a single user’s information quickly, one efficient method is using the global search feature. This section explains how to easily locate and remove user details directly from the global search on your dashboard.

  • Access the Dashboard
  • Enter the name, email ID, or phone number in the global search on the top right
  • Click on the name of the user
  • Click View
  • Click on the X icon
  • Answer the puzzle for dual confirmation shown in the pop-up
  • Click Delete
The user’s data will be deleted from your account. 

Deleting users one by one or remove multiple users in bulk from Users Section

You can also delete users from the Users section either individually or in bulk (up to 100 users at once). This method allows you to use filters, date ranges, and list controls to streamline user management.


  1. Access the Dashboard
  2. Click on Users > All Users
  3. Apply a date range to refine your selection
  4. Use the Search Type dropdown to filter
  5. Use the checkboxes to select individual users or set the Show dropdown to 100 to display the maximum number of users per page
  6. Click Delete to remove selected users
  7. Solve the puzzle on the pop-up as a dual confirmation
  8. Click Ok
The users selected will be deleted. 

Deleting a user from courses or bundles

Finally, to delete a user from specific courses or bundles, follow the detailed instructions provided here. This section will guide you on how to locate and remove a specific user from these particular areas efficiently.


  • Access the Dashboard
  • Click on Courses/Bundles > Course/Bundle
  • In the search option, enter the name, email ID or phone number
  • Or use the date range and filters option to filter user information to identify the user
  • Click View
  • Click on X
  • List the enter the full name of the person as shown in the pop-up
  • Solve the puzzle on the pop-up as a dual confirmation
  • Click Ok
The users will be deleted from the account. 

Important Considerations:

  • The process to delete a users data from a bundle is the same as in a course.
  • Once a user is deleted, data cannot be retrieved.
  • You will lose access to all analytics, engagement records, and any earnings or invoice history for that user.
  • If required, download invoices or reports for the users before deletion.
  • If you only want to restrict course access without deleting data, consider using course expiry instead - Disabling or enabling course access for a student via course expiry.
