How to check the number of users registered on the site or the list of users who have purchased a course or bundle&download the data?
A filter option is available to extract the users’ list who have purchased a course/bundle or signed up on the platform. Here's how it works:
How to check users' data on the site and download it
In the Users' section on the dashboard, Admins can view a list of all their users including the learners. The Users' list gets populated based on the student information captured at the time of sign-up. That may include the user name, email id, phone number, user’s last seen details, the date of registration, and any other details as per the custom sign-up fields added on the Signup form.
A date range filter option is available to extract the list of all users on your site. Here are the steps to follow to see the total number of students registered on your website whether or not they have purchased a course or bundle:
- Sign in to your Account
- Go to Dashboard
- Click on Users
- Apply the relevant date range
- Click on Search to find the relevant results
You will be shown a graphical representation of the number of users signing up on your site each day based on the date range you have selected.
You can choose to view the data on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis by making the relevant selection. And if you scroll down further, you will be able to find the list of all the users who have signed up during the date range you had selected above.
In order to download the list of these users' data, simply click on the EXPORT option.
Check and download the list of users who have purchased a course
Here are the steps to follow to check and download course purchasers' list
- Go to your Knorish dashboard and select Courses
- Click on the name of the course for which you want to see/download the list of users
- Select the date range
- Under search type select "All users who enrolled in this course’’
- Click on Search and you will see the user details
- In order to download click on the Export option
Check and download the list of users who have purchased a bundle
Here are the steps to follow to check and download bundle purchasers' list
- Go to your Knorish dashboard
- Select Courses and access Bundles
- Click on the name of the bundle for which you want to see/download the list of users
- Select the Date range and click on Search
- In order to download click on the Export option
Important Considerations
- The date filter further helps to narrow down a specific date range when used.
- This list also includes users who have been manually imported to the site.
- Having access to the people’s data who are engaged with your course or bundles makes follow-ups& laying up plans for the marketing campaigns more convenient. Here’re the steps to follow to export the list of users who have purchased courses& bundles:
- The Export data’s time will be shown in UTC under the 'Requested on' field in the Report. Using a custom date range filter, you can search for users for up to 12 months in a single click.
- Whenever the users' data is exported, a notification will also appear in the Notifications tab of your dashboard. You can always head back to the Notifications tab if you wish to download any previously generated report.
