Creators can customize the automatic email templates that have been pre-created on the Knorish platform.
To know more about all the automatic email templates that are available read our FAQ on the Types of automatic email notifications available on Knorish . However, to customize these templates follow the steps given below after logging in to your account on Knorish.
How to customize the automated email template
Follow the steps below to access and customize the automated email templates.
Go to Settings in the left toolbar
Select the template menu
Once on the ‘HTML Template’ page, choose the template you want to customize. (We have used the ‘public sign-up template' for this instance)
As you can see from the template that has been shown in the graphic above, you can
Change the Subject or Text in the body of the template
Use Bold, Italics, Underline, and Hyperlink buttons as needed
Changing the footer image in automated mail templates
In order to change the Footer image in the automated email templates, follow the below steps:
Upload the image in the File Manager (under Website Builder)
Copy the link that gets generated in the File Manager section
Head to settings> templates> and select the template that you wish to modify
Double-click on the image
Replace the image link with the link you’ve copied from the File Manager section
Click on Save
That’s it. By following these simple steps, you can customize the automatic email templates on your account on Knorish.
Important Considerations:
The dimension of the image has to be 4738*834px.
Kindly do not make any manual changes to the ones in brackets as these fields are auto filled when the email is sent to the user(s) on the platform.
Any additional modifications to the email template body would require the changes to be done through HTML by clicking on the Source button.
