Creating a Webhook Flow & Getting the Webhook URL in Zoho Flow

Setting up a Webhook Trigger in Zoho Flow ensures your Knorish data is captured instantly and securely. This allows you to automate actions without manual data handling.

Follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Zoho Flow
   
2. Click Create Flow
   

1. Enter a Flow Name and optional Description
   
2. Click Create
   

1. Choose Webhook as your trigger
   
2. Click Configure
   

1. Select JSON as the payload format
   
2. Copy the Webhook URL provided
   
3. Click Next
   

Adding the Webhook URL Inside Knorish

Adding the Zoho Flow Webhook URL into Knorish allows your events to automatically trigger your Zoho Flow automations. This creates a seamless, hands-free connection between your learning platform and external tools.

1. Login to your Knorish account
   
2. Access Publisher Dashboard > Settings
3. Click Integrations > Webhooks
4. Paste the Zoho Flow Webhook URL under the events you want to track
5. Click Test & Save

2. Add a new action block in Zoho Flow
   
3. Choose Google Sheets
   
4. Select Create Row as the action type
   

1. Click New to create a Google Sheets connection
   
2. Enter a Connection Name
3. Click Authorize and allow Google permissions
   
4. Choose the target Spreadsheet by pasting its ID
   

1. Select the correct Worksheet
   
2. Map webhook variables to corresponding columns

2. Turn ON your Zoho Flow
