Tracking your Knorish Referrals and the commissions is easy. Under the referrals section, the Referral Earning dashboard is the dedicated dashboard to track your commissions and the number of academies that have been created using your referral link.

Note: When a user first visits the Knorish site using your affiliate link, we place a cookie in their browser. If they come through on the site again in the next 30 days, no modification happens in the cookie. After the 30 days period, the cookie expires. If that same user returns to the site within these 30 days and signs up on any of the paid plans on the platform, your affiliate link is automatically associated with the signup referral and the related commission.

Track Revenue Earned Through Referrals

The Referral Earning dashboard shows the earnings for the period you have selected in your chosen currency: INR/USD.

This section shows the earnings results, basis the period selected. There are four data points here:

• Total Earnings: {Your share in referring a business to Knorish}
• Total Refunds: {If any referral has been refunded} 
• Total Payouts: {The amount of Payout that has been initiated and settled} 
• Current Balance: {The amount of Payout that is yet to be transferred}

You can also download the Referral Earning Report in Copy, CSV, Excel, Print form easily. Here’s how it works : 

• Go to Referral>Referral Earning on the dashboard
• Select the date range& currency {INR/USD
• Click on Search
• Preview the data
• Click on CSV, Excel, Print form to download the Referral Earning Report in the preferred format. 
• To copy the data, simply click on Copy and paste the data at the desired location.

Note: The Referral Earning Report will have the following fields displayed: 

• Academy Name: Academies that have paid and signed up on Knorish plans.
• Price: The plan that has been purchased by the referral. 
• Discount: Record, if any discount coupon is applied. 
• Paid Amount: Total amount paid by the referral to Knorish
• Revenue: Your Earned Commission 
• Revenue Percent: The percentage that has been applied to pay an affiliate 
• Time Stamp: Digital Time Record when your referral is paid on Knorish.
• Transferred: The present status of the concerned payout

Track Referring Academies

After the Referral Earnings tab is Referral Academies. This tab lists the connected academies that you have referred to date.

You can download the report for All Active or Inactive ones. You can also download the data in CSV, EXCEL, PRINT format or copy it. Here’s how to navigate this section: 

Note: The Referral Academies Report will have the following fields displayed: 

• Academy Name: Academies that have connected with Knorish through your reference
• Current Plan: The plan that has been purchased by the referral. 
• Enterprise Expiring On: Depending upon the plan-type
• Publisher Expiring On: Depending upon the plan-type 
• Created On: The date when they signed up 
• Status: Active or Inactive presently

Important Considerations

• Referral payouts are processed automatically within 45 days of your users signing up on any Knorish annual plan.
• The user must not have requested for a refund and the account should be active at the time of requesting the payout and processing.
