The payment has been received. However, the course is not assigned yet to the user. How can I fix this?

Introduction

There may be instances (in rare cases) when a student/buyer claims that payment has been made, but the course/bundle has not been assigned. This typically occurs due to issues with banks, payment gateways, or webhook communication. To address this, we have introduced a feature that allows you to automatically verify the latest status of the transaction with your bank or payment gateway. If the payment is confirmed, the course or bundle will be assigned automatically. Below are the steps to enable this feature.

  • Access your account dashboard
  • Click Users > All Users > find user
  • Or search the user's details in the search bar on top right
  • Click view to select the user
  • Go to Orders > Course
  • Under Actions, click Recheck
  • If the payment has been received, the course/bundle will be assigned

Important Considerations

  • The course or bundle will be assigned without any additional effort on your part by clicking on the Recheck option if the payment has been received
  • If you are using webhooks, you don't actually need this entire manual effort
