How users access course bundles on Knorish?
Bundles provide grouped access to multiple courses. Users enroll based on the pricing model set by the creator — Free, One-Time Payment, Subscription, or Monthly EMI — each offering a slightly different access flow. The signup process may also vary slightly depending on whether express checkout or standard checkout is enabled. Here’s how the user journey works for each pricing type:
Visit the bundle landing page
Click the CTA button (Enroll Now / Start Learning)
Enter registration details (Name, Email, WhatsApp number if enabled)
Choose your payment gateway
Based on the pricing setup, users will see one of the following:
If the bundle is free
No payment required. Click Continue to access the content immediately
If the bundle offers a One-Time Payment
Pricing summary is displayed. Make a full one-time payment. Access is granted immediately after successful payment
If the bundle offers a Subscription/Membership plan
Plan shows recurring amount and any trial details. Complete the first billing or start free trial as offered.
Access continues as long as subscription remains active
If the bundle offers a Monthly Payment Plan (EMI)
Total fee is split into monthly installments
First installment must be paid immediately to begin as setup by the course creator
This ensures that no matter which pricing option you configure, users experience a smooth and intuitive enrollment flow that matches their selected payment method.
In case the user is manually added/imported
If the user is manually added/imported on your Knorish website for the first time and you have selected the ‘’Send create password email to new users’’ as displayed in the screenshot below, then the user will receive an email to create a password.
Note: Only a new user will receive an email to create a password. If you’re trying to add/import an existing user to the website, create password email will not be sent to the user, even if the ‘’Send create password email to new users’’ is selected.
Manually added learners receive a system email inviting them to set up their password and access the assigned content.
Here's how:
Admin adds/imports user from the Import user section
User receives an email to create a password
User clicks the link, sets up login credentials
Upon login, sees assigned course(s) in dashboard
Note:The create password link expires in 10 days or if it is used once (whichever is earlier) and if it has expired, the user will see the respective error message. In this case, please guide your users to visit your website and reset password by clicking on the Forgot password option.
Important Considerations
Subscription and installment-based access depends on successful recurring payments
Manually added users must create a password before accessing content
Bundle purchases reflect as individual courses in the learner dashboard
Already purchased courses are locked from being re-purchased
Emails for password setup and welcome can land in spam — advise users to check all folders
Users can reset forgotten passwords via email from the login page — learn more about it here: User Password Reset
