What Happens If My Knorish Subscription or Free Trial Expires Without Renewal?

At Knorish, we’ve worked hard to build a secure and reliable platform for your online business. To maintain quality, accessibility and security, we have a strict data deletion policy.
Here’s what happens when your subscription or free trial expires:
  1. Once your subscription or trial expires, you lose access to your account.
  2. Your data is retained for 90 days, giving you time to renew your subscription.
  3. After 90 days of account expiry, all data—including website, landing pages, student records, videos, and content—will be permanently deleted.
  4. Prior to the 90 day window getting over, we’ll notify you via email.
  5. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
What should you keep in mind or consider?
  1. If you don’t plan to renew, back up your files before deletion.
  2. If you have active students in your courses, they will also lose access to the content once your account expires. Inform them in advance if you do not plan to renew.
  3. If a renewal fails due to a payment issue (e.g., expired card), update your payment details promptly to avoid unintended expiration.
  4. If you're taking a break but plan to return later, consider downloading and saving important data like student lists, progress, and course content.
  5. Knorish does not allow partial restoration of data. Once the account is deleted, everything associated with it is removed.
