The Admin Email address is the one that is listed as the main contact of your Online Academy’s account. The owner receives all account and services related information ( like usernames, passwords, billing notifications, etc) on this account.
How To Change The Admin Email ID
This is the process to follow on how to change the Admin Email Id provided the new email id has not been used to sign up on any of the websites built on Knorish:
- Log in Publisher Account
- Go to Profile
- Next to your logo is the Admin Email Id
- Select Edit
- Feed new email id
- Click Update
And, it’s done!
Important Considerations
- Admin Email address can be changed by the owner of the account until and unless the new email address is not used to sign up on any of the websites built on Knorish.
- Emails once changed will need to be verified to ensure completion of the process.
- The system instantly checks if the email has bounced or not. Bounced email IDs cannot be added as Admin email IDs.
