Live events or webinars are great marketing tools. They help in lead generation, create brand awareness & establish your authority on the subject. Having access to the participants’ email ids & phone numbers is important.
Download the list of attendees of your live events or webinars
Here’s how you can download the list of people who joined your MS Teams, Zoom or other live events/webinars with their email & phone numbers:
- Go to Dashboard>Course>Courses>Session
- Click on Content>Edit Session Settings
- Scroll down to Users Joined
- Select the number of entries & click on options to copy, download, or print reports
Important Considerations
- You can select to see 10, 25, 50, 100 entries. The report can be copied on the clipboard, downloaded as a CSV/ Excel form, or printed.

- In case the guest speaker link was shared with the audience, the attendance may not be captured entirely.
