This article shows you how to publish, unpublish or delete a course when needed. After you've completed adding content to your lectures, and are ready to take your course online, you can publish your course, unpublish or delete it as the case may be.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

A. Publish your Online Course

  • Log into your Knorish site
  • Go to your Dashboard>Courses
  • Click on the Course builder (Spanner Icon) of the course that you need to Publish
  • Create and Upload Content
  • Click on Publish
  • Set up Pricing, and other details
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  • Select Publish Course

B. Unpublish a Course

  • Go to your Dashboard>Courses
  • Click on the Course builder (Spanner Icon) of the course which you need to unpublish
  • Click on Publish
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  • Select Unpublish the course

C. Deleting your Online Course

In case you don't need a course anymore, you may consider unpublishing it, rather than deleting it.

Note: Course once deleted cannot be restored and all its content gets deleted.

Before you can delete a course, you would need to remove the course content from it. Deleting the course would also delete its related course page.

  • Log into your Knorish site
  • Go to the Courses section on your Dashboard
  • Click on the Course builder (Spanner Icon) of the course that you need to delete
  • On the Course Curriculum Page, delete all course content i.e.  all sections and chapters
  • Click on the name of the course on the top
  • Click on the X icon below the name of the course and enter the name of the course
  • Select Yes, delete it and your course would be deleted.
  • Click on the cross icon, and type in the name of the course to Reconfirm & Delete
