There are several situations where you might need to delete a student's information or revoke their access to a course. Whether it’s due to a cancellation request, disciplinary reasons, or simply cleaning up old data, this article provides a step-by-step guide on how to proceed. Be warned, once the information is deleted, it is irreversible, and all associated data including course details, bundles, and earnings will also be permanently removed. There are three ways to locate and delete a student's information: using the global search at the top right in the dashboard, from the users section, and from the users lists available inside courses and bundles. Deleting student’s information from global search
If you need to delete a student’s information, one efficient method is using the global search feature. This section explains how to easily locate and remove student details directly from the global search on your dashboard.
- Access the Dashboard
- Enter the name, email ID, or phone number in the global search on top right
- Click on the name
- Below the name of the student, click on the X icon, and enter the full name of the person as shown in the pop up
- Click on Yes, Delete It
- The student’s data will be deleted
Deleting student’s information from users section
You can also delete a student's information through the Users Section of your dashboard. This part of the guide will show you how to find and remove a student's details from this specific area.
Access the Dashboard
Click on Users and select All Users
In the search option, enter the name, email ID or phone number
Identify the student and click on View
Below the name of the student, click on the X icon, and enter the full name of the person as shown in the pop up
Click on Yes, Delete It
The student’s data will be deleted

Finally, to delete a student's information from specific courses or bundles, follow the detailed instructions provided here. This section will guide you on how to locate and remove student details from these particular areas efficiently.
- Access the Dashboard
- Click on Courses and click on the name of the course where the student’s information can be found
- In the search option, enter the name, email ID or phone number
- Identify the student and click on View

- Click on Yes, Delete It
- The student’s data will be deleted
Important Considerations:
- The process to delete a student’s data from a bundle is the same as in a course.
- Student data once deleted cannot be retrieved.
- If you just need to block student’s access to the courses, then checkout - Disabling or enabling course access for a student via course expiry.
