The payment has been received. However, the course is not assigned yet to the user. How can I fix this?

There can be times when the student claims that the payment has been made but the course has not been assigned. This typically happens when your bank has not received the payment yet or settled the transaction in your account. This delay in confirmation could happen due to payment confirmation delays when using certain payment methods such as UPI etc. In such cases, we have enabled the feature which will allow you to automatically check with the transaction's status with your bank again and if the payment has been received, the course will be assigned automatically. Below are the steps you can follow to enable this.

How to manually assign a course when payment has been received but course is not assigned to the user?

Sometimes (in rare cases) due to bank and gateway communication gaps, a payment could get stuck in the middle.

  • Access your account dashboard
  • Click Users < All Users < find user 
  • Or search the user's details in the search bar on top right using Name, phone number or email ID.
  • Click View to select the user 
  • Go to Orders < Course
  • Under Actions, click Recheck
  • If the payment has been received, the course will be assigned

Important Considerations: 

  • The course will be assigned without any additional effort on your part by clicking on the Recheck option if the payment has been received. 
  • If you are using webhooks, you don’t actually need this entire manual effort
