How to Verify the Latest Release of Your Knorish Mobile Apps (Android and iOS)
When you receive an email notification titled "How to Verify the Latest Release of Your Knorish Mobile Apps (Android and iOS)," you should review the app release in your Google Play Store and Apple App Store accounts.
Why is this required?
If release automation is in place, the app may have been released automatically. However, if the Google Play Store or Apple App Store identifies policy violations, functionality issues, technical or security concerns, permission or data usage issues, intellectual property violations, metadata or store listing issues, failure to comply with updates, or other issues, manual intervention may be required. In such cases, you can download the build file from your Knorish site and manually release the app update. To ensure a seamless experience for your users, please download and release the build to the app store within five days of receiving the email notification.

Google and Apple may send you email notifications and developer account notifications related to your app from time to time, which you should review and act upon. If you encounter any challenges during this process, please contact Knorish support at
support@knorish.com.
