• Please note that if the request is made within 7 days (Refund Period) of your signing up on the platform (the payment date) as stated above, you’ll be eligible to get a full refund minus the deduction of any applicable / already paid taxes and transaction fee. However, any requests made after the Refund period will not be entitled to a refund.
  
• In such cases, the tenant will have their plans expire at the end of their billing period; and there will be no refund for the partially used subscription period. Knorish reserves the right to refuse the refunds to anyone who abuses this Refund Policy or in case of plans bought under special promos, discounts, and offers.
