The Knowledge Base
If you’re not sure how to use a feature, complete a task on your Knorish website, or have any questions on creating and managing your website, we recommend checking out the Knowledge Base - which you are now reading this article through!
Consider the Knowledge Base your Knorish manual. Use the search bar to search any topic and you will find related articles with step-by-step instructions, videos, tutorial videos and screenshots.
Email support/submit a ticket
If you are unable to find the answers you need in our Knowledge Base and require further assistance from our team, our Customer Obsessed Success team is happy to assist.
You can either send a direct email to support@knorish.com. Email support is available to all users across all plans. However, our support team will respond during our operational hours i.e., between Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
To help us provide the best support possible, please follow these guidelines for submitting a support ticket:
- Be as specific as possible: The more details you include in your initial ticket, the better our support team will be able to understand what you want to achieve. If you are having an issue with a specific course, or user then it's also helpful to include details such as the user’s email address, name, the specific URL or name of your course, etc. in your initial ticket.
- Include visuals: It’s helpful to include visuals to help illustrate the issue or question that requires our support. You can capture screenshots or short recordings using free tools such as Freecam8. Our help form does have a file uploader however, if you’re facing any issues in uploading an attachment due to the file size, you can include file sharing links from services like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. Please also ensure that you’ve given us permission to view the files.
- Avoid multiple issues or questions in one ticket If you have a new issue or question, we recommend creating a new ticket so that each can be handled within its own email thread. This makes referencing these messages faster in the future.
- Utilize the description section of the help form: To avoid confusion, ensure that you write the body text of your inquiry in the Description section of the help form and not in the Subject Line. The subject line of your ticket should be a brief explanation of the issue or inquiry that you explain further in the Description section of the ticket.
Live Chat
If you are experiencing an issue with your website or if you aren’t able to find the answers you need in our Knowledge Base, our Customer obsessed Success team is happy to assist via live chat.
Live chat support is available to all users across all plans. Our live chat support hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
To start a live chat, login to your Knorish dashboard and on the right-hand side of the screen, you will find a Chat icon clicking on which you can connect with our Customer Success team.
Once you start a chat, please allow a few moments for one of our Customer Success Managers to respond. If you’ve reached out to us outside our working hours, then a ticket will be submitted automatically which will be personally responded to by one of the Customer Success Managers on the next working day.

The ‘learn more' and 'ask questions' cards are at the bottom of your startup page once you click on the dashboard.
