- Character count limits for templates:
- Header: Maximum 45 characters including spaces.
- Body: Maximum 950 characters including spaces.
- Footer: Maximum 60 characters including spaces.
- You can add up to three buttons per message, with only one button of each type allowed. Available button types include:
- Marketing Opt-out: Allows recipients to unsubscribe from marketing messages.
- Custom Text Reply: Enables users to send predefined text responses.
- Add Link (URL): Directs users to a specified webpage.
- Call Number: Initiates a phone call to a designated number.
- Copy Code: Provides a code that users can easily copy for use elsewhere.
- Use placeholders such as {
{name}}
,{{phone}}
or{email}
to dynamically personalize your messages. - Include action buttons to improve engagement rates and responses.
- Avoid overly promotional language that might violate approval criteria.
- Any edits to approved templates require re-submission for review.
