Posting events
To promote an event within your community, simply create a post and add the relevant event details along with a CTA (Call-to-Action) to capture interest or registrations.
In every event post, you should ideally include:
- Event name and description
- Date, time, and agenda
- Visuals such as banners or teaser videos
- A clear CTA linked to a landing page, form, or calendar invite.
Important Considerations
- Posts are visible only to members of the group where they are published.
- Allowing comments enables real-time engagement and discussion ensuring the post gets more visibility.
- Only admins or the post creator can edit or delete the respective posts.
- For announcements and events, pinning the post may improve visibility.
- Adding links to the post do not create a preview of the URL.
