How to share or submit a new feature request on Knorish?

Requesting new features on Knorish is simple and integrated directly within your dashboard. This guide walks you through submitting your ideas, upvoting existing requests, and exploring the Roadmap and Updates sections to stay informed about what’s coming next.

Adding a New Feature Request

Submitting a feature request helps our team understand your needs better. You can also attach screenshots and explore similar requests while typing. Here's a Step-by-step walkthrough to submit your request.

1. Click the blue chat icon
2. Select Request a Feature
   

1. Add a contextual title for your feature request and details of what the feature should do, explaining how it will benefit Knorish users.
2. Click the image icon to upload screenshots if needed
3. Click Submit
   

While adding your feature request, you may also see similar feature requests shared by other users. If an existing request matches yours, it is recommended to upvote or comment instead of creating a duplicate.

View Roadmap & Updates

Knorish gives you built-in visibility into what’s being improved and what’s coming next, helping you stay aligned with ongoing platform development.

1. Roadmap: Lets you see the features currently in progress so you can plan your product, courses, and business strategy with clarity
   
2. Updates: Shows all newly released features and improvements, ensuring you never miss enhancements that can upgrade your workflows and learner experience

Important Consideration:

• Upon submission of the request, the team will review it for applicability as per the roadmap.
• Based on the approval, the feature request will be placed in the appropriate category.
• If you reach out directly to our Support team, they can help submit requests, but they may not be able to provide an estimate for when your feature request will be live.
