Switching Between Monthly and Yearly Plans
When you update your subscription, you can choose between a monthly or a yearly plan. You pay every month for a monthly plan and once a year for the yearly plan. The yearly plan is 20% cheaper than the monthly plan.
To change from monthly to yearly, or vice versa, click the switch at the top of the subscriptions page. Remember, you must confirm your choice and follow the steps to change your subscription period. You can do this whenever you upgrade, downgrade, or just want to change the payment period of your current plan.
Important Considerations
- Please ensure to update the taxation information such as GST number, company name etc. before making any payments.
- Screenshots and videos shared above may feature plans which are subject to change at any time, so we recommend checking their current status on our site here: Knorish pricing.
- Currently only credit card and netbanking options are available for making subscription payments.
- We suggest setting up autopay on your Knorish account to ensure smooth operations, timely subscription renewals and to avoid any issues in continual of the services and features.
- When renewing your account, please ensure to do it on the day of subscription end or a few days post that. All features are still available for you and your users up to 4 to 5 days post the subscription end date. This ensures that the subscription is renewed after your current plan expires.
- If the plan is active and is upgraded or downgraded, the current active plan is prorated until the expiry date and the new plan is activated immediately on your account until the next due date. There will be no change to your due date or your subscription cycle.
- Based on the upgrade or downgrade of your Knorish plan, the system will prorate the amount. With this proration, you may need to pay an additional amount, or you might receive some credit back, which will be applied automatically to your next renewal.
- When downgrading your plan, please ensure to review the features and functionalities that may be lost due to the plan change.
- If a subscription is set to one-time payment (default) or switched to one-time payment, and an admin attempts to finalize the order while adding a payment method, you may encounter the following error as depicted below.
- In this case, please reach out to Knorish support to change auto collection from OFF to ON. Please ensure to share the screenshot of the error message as well in the support email.
