How to check the status of your data export requests and download exported data?
You can easily track and download your data export requests from your Knorish dashboard. The data export page provides details of all your export activities, including export type, request date, expiry date, and current status.
To check and download your exported data:
- Access your Knorish dashboard
- Click Settings > Data export
- Under Action, click Download
- Choose Delete if you wish to remove the export record
Important considerations
- All reports are available for next 30 days.
- The files are downloaded in .xlsx format.
- After the expiry date, you will be required to reinitiate the export request to generate a new file.
- Expired exports are automatically removed from the system for security and data management purposes.
