How to check which emails have been sent to a user?
Knowing exactly which emails have been sent to your users—and how they interacted with them—helps improve communication, boost engagement, and reduce email fatigue. This guide shows how to check a user's email history and understand the effectiveness of each message with built-in campaign analytics.
Check Emails Sent
To view the emails a specific user has received, you’ll need to access their user profile and then review the emails sent. Here’s how to do this.
Follow these steps to view a user's email activity
Access Publisher Dashboard > Users
Click All Users
Use the Search bar and the Date Filter to locate the user by name or email
Click View > Emails
Use filters such as Delivered, Opened or Clicked to narrow down relevant campaigns
Review the list of campaigns the user was included in
Understand Email Campaign Analytics
You also get detailed analytics for each email campaign, enabling you to monitor delivery success and user engagement. These insights help you refine future communication and measure campaign effectiveness. Email analytics are split into two views: user-specific email logs and overall campaign performance metrics.
